Sabrina McConnell is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in dining services and event management. Currently serving as the Manager of Dining Services and Corporate Events at UPMC since October 2019, Sabrina previously held managerial and sous chef roles at The Capital Grille from July 2007 to October 2019, where responsibilities included overseeing both kitchen operations and front-of-house service. Earlier career experience includes a sous chef position at Marriott International from 2005 to August 2007. Sabrina is a graduate of the Le Cordon Bleu Institute of Culinary Arts-Pittsburgh, where an Associate degree in Culinary Arts was earned between 2002 and 2004.
