Emma Ellis is a knowledgeable news reporter currently working at WSFA 12 News since August 2024. Prior to this role, Emma served as an MMJ/Reporter Fellow at WBRC FOX6 News, where responsibilities included pitching stories and conducting interviews. Emma's extensive experience includes working as a News Anchor, Reporter/MMJ, and News Producer at TROY TrojanVision News, producing and anchoring the nightly news show. Additional roles include Videographer for ESPN at Troy University sporting events, a News Writer for The Tropolitan, and an MMJ intern at WRDW/WAGT News 12 NBC 26. Emma is pursuing dual Bachelor's degrees in Broadcast Journalism and Spanish Language and Literature from Troy University, expected to graduate in May 2025.
