Aaron Velasquez is a MultiSkilled Journalist and Visual Story Teller at WBIR-TV since December 2022, responsible for shooting and editing VOSOTs and assisting in show production. Previously, Aaron served as a Staff Writer for The Daily Aztec, contributing multiple stories to the student-run newspaper at San Diego State University from September 2021 to May 2022. Additionally, Aaron was a Staff Writer for Inside Fullerton Magazine during the spring of 2020, where the experience was impacted by the transition to online learning due to COVID-19. Aaron holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from San Diego State University and an Associate of Arts in Journalism from Cypress College.
