Paul Neu is an experienced culinary professional with a robust background in executive chef roles across various prestigious establishments. Currently serving as Executive Chef at Wayzata Country Club since July 2016, Paul Neu previously held the same title at McCormick and Schmick from June 2014 to July 2016. Prior to this, Paul Neu contributed as Banquet Chef/Executive Sous Chef at McCormick & Schmick's from December 2009 to June 2014 and served as Chef at Doolittles Woodfire Grill from December 2007 to November 2008. The culinary journey began at Figlio as Executive Sous Chef from December 1999 to October 2007. Paul Neu holds a degree in Political Science from Saint Cloud State University.
