Kasia Majewska is an experienced Talent Partner Lead at Wayve since July 2020, focusing on developing a data-driven driving software stack. Prior to this role, Kasia served as Principal Consultant at Durlston Partners LLP from July 2017 to July 2020, specializing in technology recruitment for top hedge funds, crypto companies, tech startups, and investment banks. Earlier professional experience includes working as a Headhunter at a technology and trading firm from October 2013 to June 2017, as well as serving as a Senior Negotiator at City Docklands Estate Agents from June 2011 to September 2013. Kasia holds a Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management from Lord Ashcroft Business School, Cambridge, and an ILM Certificate in Business Management from Regional Peterborough College.
