Andrés Echeverría Franco is a Senior Technical Talent Partner at Wayve and Talentful, specializing in hiring technical talent for AI and autonomous driving as well as deep tech and AI/ML startups. With extensive experience in technical talent acquisition, Andrés previously held positions at Deep Science Ventures as Talent, focusing on recruiting founders and in-house talent, and at SigTech as Technical Talent Acquisition Manager, where an end-to-end internal recruitment function was established for a Quant Technology Scaleup. Additional roles include Recruiter at Smarkets, managing in-house talent acquisition for a FinTech iGaming firm, and Talent Sourcing Specialist at Reed Talent Solutions. Andrés holds a BA in Politics and Sociology from Newcastle University, along with a foundation degree in Humanities from INTO Newcastle University and an International Baccalaureate Diploma from The British School Caracas.
