Erica Siegel, LICSW, has extensive experience in social work and family support, currently serving as the Education Coordinator for Family Networks at Arlington DCF with Wayside Youth & Family Support Network since April 2020. Previously, Erica held various positions at Riverside Community Care, including Program Director and Education Coordinator for Family Networks at Cambridge DCF, where support was provided to DCF workers, families, and children at IEP and school disciplinary meetings. Earlier roles include Intensive Care Coordinator, Volunteer Interpreter at Kids in Need of Defense, Receptionist at Masferrer & Associates, and Child Advocacy Intern at the Immigrant Child Advocacy Project. Erica's educational background includes a Master’s degree in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago and a Bachelor's degree in Sociology/Anthropology from Swarthmore College.
