Steven Allen AIA (Mass Reg.), NCARB, LEED AP is a seasoned architecture and planning professional with extensive experience in project management, design, and leadership. Currently serving as Project Executive at WAYPOINTKLA since August 2018, Steven leads a team managing diverse projects across multiple sectors, including office, retail, and medical facilities. In addition to this role, Steven has been a Senior Leader at HIS PRESENCE CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP INC since January 2013. Prior professional experience includes over 25 years as Principal/Partner at Prellwitz Chilinski Associates, where Steven contributed to a variety of mixed-use developments and healthy community initiatives, and a decade as an Architect at Dion & Sokol Inc Architects, specializing in restaurant and residential design. Steven holds a Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Kentucky.
