Tolga Gursel is an Assistant Professor of Surgery at Wayne State University Physician Group and a Plastics & Reconstructive Surgeon at both the Veterans Administration Hospital and Detroit Medical Center since February 2014 and September 2011, respectively. Gursel completed a Fellowship in Plastic Surgery and a General Surgery residency at Detroit Medical Center/Wayne State University between 2003 and 2011. Gursel earned a Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) from Wayne State University School of Medicine in 2003 and holds a Bachelor's of Science in Physiology from Michigan State University.
