John Huff, PE, QSD/QSP is a Civil Engineer with significant experience in the field. With a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Pittsburgh, John Huff held the title of Senior Engineer at IT from 1989 to 1992 before joining Wayne Perry, Inc. as a Civil Engineer.
