Sean Bowman is the owner of TSCS Construction and Bowman’s Capital, with experience in the construction and real estate investment sectors. At TSCS Construction, established in March 2023, Sean leads a full-service company focusing on commercial renovations and ground-up construction, emphasizing high-quality craftsmanship and customized project solutions. Since August 2022, Bowman’s Capital has partnered with accredited investors to facilitate the acquisition of large multifamily properties and assist homeowners with foreclosure challenges. Additionally, Sean has worked as a Sales Specialist at Wayne Ford since August 2021, following a role as a Sales Consultant at Crossroads Ford from July 2019 to July 2021. Sean holds a high school diploma from South Granville High School and attended Averett University from 2015 to 2019.
