Gabriela Ortiz is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a proven track record in managing large teams and complex HR issues. Currently serving at Wayne Enterprises since April 2022, Gabriela oversees human resources for 175 employees while supporting the President, CEO, and eight managers. Prior experience at Escalante's Fine Tex-Mex & Tequila from May 2014 to April 2022 involved directing HR functions for over 500 employees and assisting multiple CEOs and managers across seven restaurants. Additionally, Gabriela held the position of Corporate Office Manager at Escalante's from August 2004 to June 2014, where responsibilities included managing payroll and facilitating communication among senior leadership. Gabriela holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Houston-Downtown.
