Ken Carroll has accumulated extensive experience in the garage door industry since beginning with Wayne Dalton Genie Sales Center in March 1997. Currently serving as the General Manager at Wayne Dalton Sales & Service of Akron/Canton, Ken oversees operations while also engaging in residential and commercial sales, estimating, and training new employees on product and installation standards. Previous roles include Outside Sales Representative, where Ken specialized in sales and service of garage doors and openers, and as a Commercial and Residential Sales Representative, focusing on building relationships with architects, builders, and homeowners. Education was pursued at Kent State University from 1989 to 2000.
