Jauntez Bates is a seasoned professional with diverse experience in leadership and youth development. Currently serving as the Internship Program Lead at Urban Alliance, Jauntez is responsible for high-quality internship provision and workforce training for high school students. Simultaneously, Jauntez contributes as a Life-skills Consultant with the Wayne County Third Circuit Court, facilitating positive social change in urban youth. As CEO of Boss Up Clothing LLC, Jauntez emphasizes community and everyday wear rooted in Detroit culture. In addition to a robust educational background, which includes a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Bowling Green State University, Jauntez has held numerous leadership roles, including President of the Undergraduate Student Government and Senior Master Process Coordinator at University Prep Schools, further showcasing a commitment to fostering leadership and readiness among students.
