Ashley Chapman is an experienced professional in the fields of victim assistance, transitional housing, and offender rehabilitation. Currently serving as a Restitution Manager and Supervisor for the Victim Assistance Program at Waymakers since August 2017, Ashley also works as a Group Fitness Instructor at barre3. Previous roles include Program Coordinator at Impact NW, where oversight of transitional housing operations and staff training were key responsibilities, and Facilitator at Pathfinders of Oregon, focusing on evidence-based training for offenders. Earlier experience includes delivering cognitive behavioral therapy as a CBT Group Facilitator with Friends Outside: Stockton and managing re-entry programs for offenders. Ashley holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and Legal Studies from the University of California, Santa Cruz.
