Ani Sargsyan, LCSW, currently serves as the Vice President of Quality, Risk, and Performance Improvement at Wayfinder Family Services since January 2020, after previously holding the roles of Associate Vice President in various capacities within the organization. Ani played a significant role as an Advisory Board Member for Women in Leadership at UC Santa Barbara PaCE from June 2021 to October 2023. Prior experience includes leadership positions at St. Anne's from September 2010 to January 2020, where Ani contributed as Mental Health Services Director and Director of Residential Clinical Services, as well as serving as a therapist at multiple institutions, including St. Luke's-Roosevelt Hospital Center and Barrier Free Living, Inc. Ani's academic background includes a Master's degree in Social Work from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from UCLA.
