Mihai Alexandru Nitu has been working in the tech industry since 2018. In 2018, they began working as a Junior Web Developer for Roweb. In 2019, they joined Waydev as Vice President of Engineering and also worked as a Web Developer.

Mihai Alexandru Nitu received a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the University of Bucharest between 2016 and 2019. Mihai Alexandru then pursued a Master's degree in Computer Science at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest from 2020 to 2022. Additionally, they obtained a Cybersecurity Awareness Training Certificate from ESET North America in February 2021 and an ESET Cyber Security Awareness Training Certificate from the same institution in March 2022.
