Alexandre Buzanelo is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently serving as a Development Coordinator at Way2 Technology since October 2021, Alexandre leads two software development teams consisting of 17 members, focusing on strategic planning, performance management, and project execution utilizing agile methodologies. Previously, Alexandre held roles such as Requirements Analyst and Scrum Master, Systems Analyst and Consultant, Product Owner, and Consultant, gaining expertise in product prioritization, backlog management, and user training across multiple organizations. Alexandre's educational background includes a degree in Information Technology from Unisinos and a postgraduate qualification in Leadership and High-Performance Team Management from Uniderp.
