Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Customer Success Executive at Way.com, where they handled US-based customer grievances for the American eCommerce portal and app, Way.com, resolved customer complaints in a courteous, professional manner via calls, emails, and chat, updated order details, and handled cancellations and refunds. Before this, Bharath worked as a Food and Beverage Executive at Taj Hotels Palaces Resorts Safaris from 2018-2021, where they led the Hotels Food and Beverage operation, which included 2 Restaurants and Bars, Room Service, Club Lounge, and Banquets. Finally, from 2016-2018, Bharath worked as an Industrial Trainee at Hilton Bangalore Embassy GolfLinks, where they gained industrial exposure training in Four Core Departments, including Front Office, Food & Beverage Operations, Accommodation Operation & Food Production, and handled telephonic conversations with house guests at the back office.
Bharath N S completed their Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Administration/Management from IHMCT Kovalam in 2018. Prior to that, they attended St.Josephs HSS from 2013-2015. Bharath also attended Arya Central School from 2003-2013. Currently, they are pursuing their Master of Business Administration in Marketing and International Business from Bangalore University and is expected to graduate in 2021.
