Jodi Smith is an experienced professional in housing education and real estate, currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Housing Education Services at Way Finders since November 2020. Previously, Jodi worked as a Real Estate Agent at Keller Williams Realty, Inc. from November 2019 to January 2022 and held the position of Portfolio Manager at Housing Management Resources, Inc. from May 2016 to November 2020. Jodi's foundational experience includes serving as Deputy Director at YWCA Western Massachusetts from April 1993 to 2016. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Social Work from Springfield College (1995-1997) and a Bachelor's degree in Human Services from Springfield College (1989-1993), complemented by education at Harvard Kennedy School from 2014 to 2016.
