Erica Simonette has been a vital part of Way Finders since February 2001, currently serving as the Chief People & Administrative Officer. In this executive role, Erica oversees the implementation of strategies, policies, and goals that align with the organization's mission, focusing on strengthening team dynamics and workplace culture. Previously, Erica held the position of Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Way Finders, where leadership of the strategic HR direction encompassed all HR functions. Erica's career began at Family Residences and Essential Enterprises, Inc., where the role of Office Manager was held from 1993 to 2001. Erica pursued education at Antioch College between 1995 and 1997.
