Matthew Bryce Henderson began their career in 2019 as a Retail Associate at MJardin Group. In 2020, they were an Account Manager at both ATG Pharma Inc. and Mary Janes Distribution. In 2018, they Co-Founded and became COO of WaxNax. Currently, they are a National Account Manager at Omega Equipment & Supply, a full-service supply chain solution for the cannabis industry.

Matthew Bryce Henderson completed their secondary education at Pleasant Valley High School in 2013. Matthew Bryce then attended Santa Barbara City College, where they earned an Associate of Arts degree in Social Sciences in 2015. Matthew Bryce continued their education at Florida State University, where they graduated with a Bachelor's degree in Interdisciplinary Studies - Business and Entrepreneurship in 2017.
