Tiffany Spencer serves as the Director of Human Resources at Wawona Frozen Foods since June 2023. Previously, Tiffany held similar HR leadership roles at East Bay Tire Co and Quiring General LLC from November 2021 to June 2023 and September 2018 to November 2021, respectively. With a strong background in human resources, Tiffany focuses on recruitment, talent management, performance management, training and development, and HR policy compliance. Prior to these roles, Tiffany served as Human Resources Director at Blair, Church & Flynn Consulting Engineers and held various recruiting positions at Aerotek, including Engineering Recruiter and Recruiter Lead. Early career experience includes roles in the golf industry. Tiffany earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from California State University, Fresno.
