Amy Brown currently serves as the Head of People and Clinical at Waves of Wellness Foundation, leading clinical governance initiatives and managing a multidisciplinary team. With extensive experience in mental health and psychology, Amy has previously worked as a Registered Psychologist at Sydney Psychology Group and as a Mental Health Clinician at headspace. Amy's professional background includes roles focused on training and development, coaching youth, and conducting psychological research, complemented by a Bachelor of Psychology (Hons) from the University of Wollongong and a Positive Psychology Short Intensive from Maastricht University. At Waves of Wellness, Amy has implemented strategic workshops, developed leadership training programs, and fostered a culture of continuous learning, significantly enhancing employee engagement and reducing turnover.
