Adrian Hallam is currently the Head of Mid Markets East at Wavenet, where Adrian oversees the Sales Support Teams to drive new business opportunities and customer base growth. Prior to this role, Adrian has also held positions at BT as a Sales Manager and as a B2B Sales & Service Contact Centre General Manager. Adrian has a background in leading sales and customer service teams, along with a strong focus on people management and development. With previous experience at Aviva plc as the Head of Overseas Motor Claims, Adrian brings a wealth of experience to their current role.
