Nicole Thirlwell has a background in Law, having graduated with a Bachelor of Laws degree from Northumbria University in 2011. Nicole has gained extensive experience in customer service and various management roles within the energy and business sectors. Currently, Nicole is the Head of Customer Journeys & Change at Wave, where Nicole has held various titles such as Senior Change Manager and Programme Quality Assurance Manager. Prior to their current position, Nicole worked at NWG Business Limited as a Business Improvement Analyst and at EDF Energy as a Customer Service Advisor.
