Tony Williams is a Principal Electrical Engineer at Wave International Pty Ltd, involved in the Arafura Nolan's Rare Earths Project since January 2022. With extensive experience in electrical engineering, Tony has previously held senior roles at Lynas Corporation Ltd and Tianqi Lithium Australia, as well as leading projects at Alcoa, where responsibilities included supervising multiple electrical engineers and optimizing equipment reliability at one of the largest bauxite refineries globally. Tony's career began at Sasol as an Apprentice Instrumentation Mechanician, and through various positions, has demonstrated expertise in managing engineering projects and enhancing operational efficiency. Educational qualifications include multiple master's degrees in engineering and management from the University of Southern Queensland and Vaal University of Technology.
