Nancy Mercado has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as Human Resources Director at Wave Hill since September 2016, where responsibilities include overseeing various HR functions for a cultural center in the Bronx. Prior to this role, Nancy held the position of Director of Human Resources and Administrative Services at The Committee for Hispanic Children and Families, Inc. from July 2015 to September 2016, and worked as Human Resources Manager at EvensonBest, LLC, managing HR functions across multiple locations. Additional experience includes serving as Human Resources Manager at the Museum of the City of New York, where day-to-day HR functions and payroll processing were managed, and positions at RathGibson and Henry Schein.
