Kimberly Cisneros-Gill is an experienced education professional in the museum sector, currently serving as the Director of Education at Wave Hill since April 2021. Prior to this role, Kimberly held the position of Associate Educator for School and Educator Programs at The Metropolitan Museum of Art from September 2017 to April 2021. Kimberly's extensive background includes managing K-12 school programs at the Smithsonian Institution as the School Programs Manager from May 2010 to September 2017, where oversight of Design Educators and Docent training was key. Additional experience includes an internship focused on K-12 School Programs at the Solomon R. Guggenheim Museum and an internship in the Education Department at the Museum of Arts and Design. Kimberly Cisneros-Gill holds a Master of Science in Art Museum Education from Bank Street College of Education and a Bachelor’s degree in Studio Art and Elementary Education from Principia.
