Gabriel de Guzman currently serves as the Director of Arts and Chief Curator at Wave Hill since February 2021, following a role as Curator & Director of Exhibitions at Smack Mellon Gallery from November 2017 to February 2021. Gabriel’s extensive experience in the arts field also includes a previous position as Curator of Visual Arts at Wave Hill from September 2010 to October 2017. Gabriel holds a Master of Arts in Art History from the City University of New York-Hunter College and a Bachelor of Arts in Art History from the University of Virginia.
