Dror Levy is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in customer success, sales, and account management across various industries. Currently serving as Chief Customer Officer at WaveBL since January 2023, Dror is responsible for the end-to-end customer organization as an executive management member. Prior roles include VP of Customer Success and Post-Sale Revenue at EasySend, where Dror led a global team and achieved significant revenue growth, as well as key positions in sales and customer success at AIO and Padguru. Dror's background includes serving as Global Head of Sales & Account Management at Amdocs, where a substantial portfolio was managed, and earlier roles at Deloitte & Touche and Bell. Dror holds an MBA in Finance & Strategy from Melbourne Business School, a BA in Accounting, and an LLB in Law from Tel Aviv University. Experience in the Israel Defense Force’s 8200 Central Intelligence Unit further complements Dror's professional profile.
