Rick Laliberte has a diverse range of work experience spanning over several decades. Rick began their career at Ingersoll Rand as a Staff and Senior Auditor from 1989 to 1994. Rick then moved on to Ingersoll Dresser Pump, where they worked as a Manager Cost Accounting from 1994 to 1996 and later as a Plant Controller from 1996 to 1997.

In 1997, Laliberte joined Bobcat Company, where they held various positions including Manager Financial Planning Analysis from 1997 to 1998, Controller for Gwinner Operations from 1999 to 2000, Dealer Development Manager from 2000 to 2005, and SE Region Sales Manager from 2005 to 2006.

After Bobcat, Laliberte joined Amity Technology as Director of Business Development from 2006 to 2008 and then as Director of Materials from 2009 to 2017.

Their next role was at Solid Comfort, where they served as CFO from 2017 to 2020 and subsequently became the President and CFO from 2020 to 2023.

Currently, Laliberte is working as the Chief Financial Officer at Wausau Coated Products, Inc, a position they have held since April 2023.

Rick Laliberte attended Shaker High School from 1981 to 1985. Rick then went on to pursue a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Accounting at Siena College from 1985 to 1989.
