Douglas Gray is a skilled mortgage professional with extensive experience in residential lending and new construction financing. Currently serving as a New Construction Mortgage Consultant at Waukesha State Bank since November 2023, Douglas is responsible for originating new construction mortgage loans and fostering relationships with various stakeholders, including Realtors and Builders. Prior to this role, Douglas held the position of AVP Residential Lending at Associated Bank from April 2011 to November 2023 and served as Sr. Mortgage Loan Originator at North Shore Bank from December 2008 to April 2011.
