Kelli Palcic has over 25 years of experience in the field of education, primarily focusing on special education. Since August 2008, Kelli has served as a Special Education Instructional Strategist at Waukee Community Schools. Prior to this role, Kelli worked as a Special Education Teacher at West Des Moines Community Schools from August 2000 to August 2008 and at Saydel from August 1998 to August 2000. Kelli holds a Master of Education (MEd) degree in Special Education and Teaching from Morningside University and a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Elementary Education and Teaching from the University of Northern Iowa.
