Elsa Victoriano is an experienced IT Senior Business Analyst at Wattyl - A part of Hempel since May 2019. Prior to this role, Elsa held various positions at healthAlliance from March 2013 to May 2019, including ERP Solutions Specialist and Oracle Functional Consultant. Between April 2008 and February 2013, Elsa worked as an Oracle EBusiness Consultant at Asparona Ltd in Auckland, NZ, focusing on the implementation and support of ERP applications. Earlier experience includes working at ZiLOG Electronics Philippines from July 1999 to August 2007, where Elsa served as Oracle Applications Manager, overseeing the Oracle Applications support group, and held roles as Oracle Analyst and Systems Analyst/Programmer. Elsa holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Philippine Christian University.
