Rob Bass, P.E. is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in engineering and project management across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Business Development Manager at Watts Water Technologies since October 2019, Rob focuses on delivering engineering and turnkey solutions for strategic accounts in the Hospitality and Healthcare markets. Prior to this role, Rob spent nearly a decade at MSS Solutions, LLC, where the Director of PM Division managed over 250 projects annually and led significant MEP projects for major clients. Earlier career positions include project management roles at ITAC, Alcatel-Lucent Enterprise, Burlington Fabrics, and GE, demonstrating a strong background in managing large-scale projects and operations within budgetary constraints. Rob holds a BS in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte.
