Jeremiah Cornett is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in manufacturing and plant management. Currently serving as Plant Manager at Watts Water Technologies since September 2024, Jeremiah previously held multiple leadership roles at RegO® Products from 2013 to August 2024, including Director of North America Operations, Director of Operations, and Plant Manager, with comprehensive accountability for manufacturing performance, including EHS, inventory, and delivery. Expertise in lean principles and continuous improvement was demonstrated while leading plant operations and enhancing performance across multiple sites. Earlier career experiences include roles at AAR, Steelcase, BrassCraft Manufacturing Company, TE Connectivity, Metalcraft of Mayville, Inc., and GKN Aerospace. Jeremiah holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn Foster Group.
