Philip Chorley is an experienced Associate Housing Manager at Watts Group Ltd since February 2002, overseeing teams of surveyors conducting condition surveys on public buildings in the Highlands of Scotland, particularly identifying those with potential Reinforced Autoclaved Aerated Concrete (RAAC) and collaborating with structural engineers on remediation solutions.
