Joanna Sloane O'Callaghan is a seasoned professional in the field of executive search and advisory services. Currently serving as a Senior Search Associate at Watson Board Advisors since January 2023, Joanna plays a crucial role in enhancing organizational performance and societal impact. Previously, Joanna was Principal at Taylor I Ryan Executive Search Partners from 2013 to October 2021, where expertise in retained search and human resource management was applied across various industries in Canada and the Pacific North West. Joanna also gained valuable experience as an Associate at Korn Ferry in 2000-2001.
