Kim Sheridan is an experienced real estate professional with a license obtained in 2003. Currently serving as an Associate Broker/Realtor at Watson Realty ERA since February 2014 and as a Realtor at Chase International since 2013, Kim has built a robust career in the industry. Previous positions include Realtor/Broker Associate at RE/MAX Magic from April 2011 to February 2014, and Realtor at Century 21 Hometown Realtors from March 2003 to April 2011. Additionally, Kim held the role of Vice President/Chief Financial Officer at Pacific Island Homes Inc from February 2003 to December 2009. With a background in convenience store ownership and construction business management, Kim has a unique perspective on real estate and new home construction in the Bakersfield area. Education includes studies at Cal State Bakersfield from 1993 to 1995 and attendance at Bakersfield College.
