Serge Maric, CPSA has an extensive work experience in customer success. Serge began their career in 2006 as a Customer Success Manager for Rand Worldwide. From 2008 to 2015, they were employed at Dun & Bradstreet, where they held roles such as Manager, Customer Success, Senior Customer Success Manager, and Sales Analyst. In 2017, they co-founded MyFaveApp.ca, a mobile and web application for loyalty programs. In 2018, they joined Blueprint Software Systems as Manager, Global Business Development, and in the same year, they began working at Informatica as Enterprise Customer Success. Most recently, in 2020, they were appointed Director, Customer Success at WatServ.
Serge Maric, CPSA has a background in Business Management and Administration, having obtained a degree from the University of Guelph-Humber. Serge then achieved the Professional Selling Designation from the Canadian Professional Sales Association. Serge also obtained a degree in Management and Entrepreneurial Studies from the University of Guelph-Humber, and was certified in the Acclivus R3 Sales Methodology from Acclivus Corporation. Additionally, they were certified in the Challenger and Sandler Sales Methodology.
