Rich Iandoli serves as the President and CEO of Homans Associates since 2015, having previously held the positions of Executive Vice President and Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since joining the company in 2004. Under their leadership, Homans Associates has become a significant subsidiary of Watsco, where Rich also holds the title of Co COO since March 2019. Prior to these roles, Rich was Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at G V Moore Lumber from 2001 to 2004 and worked as a Manager in Public Accounting at Vitale Caturano and Co from 1994 to 2001. Rich Iandoli earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Bentley University between 1990 and 1994.
