Joe Swindells Chartered MCIPD currently serves as the Group Head of Learning & Employee Experience at Watkin Jones Group since October 2019, where responsibilities include developing a comprehensive learning strategy and enhancing employee wellbeing and engagement. Prior to this role, Joe held various leadership positions, including Head of Learning & Leadership Development at the Disclosure and Barring Service, and Learning, Communications & Engagement Partner at Alternative Futures Group. Joe's extensive experience in learning and development is supported by a strong educational background, including a Masters Level qualification in Coaching & Mentoring from the Chartered Management Institute and Chartered Membership in CIPD. Joe also holds certifications in Mental Health First Aid and Management Assessment of Proficiency.
