Michele Marzola has extensive experience in the business world, having worked in a variety of roles since 2006. In 2006, they founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Digital Networks PLC. In 2008, they became an investor in Rcapoint SpA, where they helped triple the company's revenues in 2010. In 2009, they founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Surgica Robotica SpA and was Chairman of the Board of XSurgical Inc. Michele was also an investor in IAG - Italian Angels for Growth. In 2015, they served as Lead Investor in Green Bone Ortho srl. In 2016, they co-founded and served as Chief Executive Officer of Interceptin srl. In 2019, they served as Director and Lead Investor in both ReJoint and Sooma Medical. In 2021, they became Director and Lead Investor of PEP-Therapy. Finally, since 2018 they have been Director and Lead Investor of WATGRID, a company that applies innovative sensors and Internet-of-Things to monitor and optimise winemaking.
Michele Marzola completed a Doctorate in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Bologna between 1977 and 1982. In 1982, they went on to pursue a Master in Business Administration from Columbia Graduate School of Business in New York, which they completed in 1984.
