Sohail Khilji is a skilled football coach with extensive experience in youth development and community engagement within the sport. Currently serving as an Under 19s Men Academy Coach and Girls Academy Football Coach at MK Dons SET since September 2022, Sohail also holds positions at Watford Football Club as a Player Development Centre Coach and Community Trust Coach. Previous coaching roles include working with Berks Elite FC, Premier Skills, and Game On Sports Coaching. Sohail’s background includes work experience with media and communications teams at Reading Football Club and Watford FC. Educationally, Sohail earned a Bachelor of Arts in Football Business and Marketing from UCFB and holds a BTEC National Diploma in Business and Marketing from West Herts College.
