Robert Wells is an experienced operations manager currently with Wates Group since November 2023. Prior to this role, Robert served as a senior contracts manager and contracts manager at Equans UK & Ireland from February 2022 to November 2023. Previous experience includes a position as senior contracts manager at United Living Property Services from April 2019 to February 2022 and a lengthy tenure at ENGIE UK & Ireland, where Robert was a senior site manager from May 2008 to April 2019. Robert began a career in aviation as a cabin services supervisor at Ryanair from February 2002 to October 2006 and has foundational construction experience as a scaffold/assistant foreman at Rodell Steeplejacks from May 1999 to January 2002. Robert holds an Airline Transport Pilots Licence (ATPL) from London Metropolitan University and completed secondary education at Francis Bacon School.
