Eric A. Sanchez, CPA has a diverse and extensive work experience. Eric A. began their career at the Arizona Auditor General, where they worked as an Auditor I, Auditor II, and Financial Audit Senior in the Financial Audit Division from 1998 to 2003.

Afterward, Eric joined American Express in 2003 and held various roles within the company. Eric A. started as an Analyst/Senior Financial Analyst in American Express Finance, where they led a team of financial analysts and presented monthly P&L results. Eric A. then became a Manager/Senior Manager in Web Analytics and Customer Insights before transitioning to the role of Director in Global Digital Analytics & Standards, where they led a global team responsible for delivering quantitative analytics, reporting, and insights for customer behavior and marketing initiatives.

In 2011, Eric was promoted to Chief of Staff for the CIO of Global Consumer, Small Business, Merchant Services & Network Services at American Express. In this role, they led strategic and business planning, managed key projects, and served as the CIO's trusted advisor.

Their responsibilities also included leading e-commerce operations, SEO/SEM, social media, and customer relationship management for the company.

Most recently, Eric served as the Vice President of Client Experience at Waterworks starting in August 2021. Prior to this role, they held various executive positions, including Executive Director of Business Strategy & Real Estate and Executive Director of Business Strategy, where they were responsible for shaping and implementing business strategies.
