Dianc V. has extensive experience in community management and social work, currently serving as Wijkbeheer Sociale Aanpak at Waterweg Wonen since May 2020, focusing on enhancing residents' living experiences in Vlaardingen. Previously, Dianc worked as a Wijkbeheerder at Woonkracht10 from September 2018 to May 2020, where the mission was to provide housing support to individuals in the Drechtsteden. Additional roles include Buurtbeheer at Mitros, overseeing cleanliness and social behavior from July 2013 to August 2018, and ZZP Participatie en Zwerfafval at Akadia Participatiewerk, contributing to community engagement and waste management.
