Todd Cruciani is an experienced banking professional with a robust background in lending operations and risk management. Todd has served as Vice President at WaterStone Bank since January 2006, overseeing Loan Origination, Loan Servicing, and Collection Departments. Prior to this role, Todd held the position of Vice President of Consumer Lending at M&I Bank from October 1997 to January 2006, where the focus was on Portfolio and Credit Risk Management and Product Profitability. Todd's career in banking began as Assistant Vice President of Consumer Lending at Security Bank - Milwaukee, from March 1987 to October 1997, managing underwriting and processing as well as credit insurance products.
