Julie Fay-Krivitz

Julie Fay-Krivitz has an extensive background in the banking and finance industry. Julie started their career at Federated Financial (formerly known as Elm Grove Savings) as a Residential Mortgage Underwriter and Processing. Julie then worked at MGIC as a Review Appraiser before joining Bay Title and Abstract/Bay Area Appraisal as a Real Estate Appraiser. During their time at Bay Title and Abstract & Bay Area Appraisal, they became a Wisconsin Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser and Manager and led a team of appraisers. Julie then joined World Savings as a Mortgage Banking Originator and Appraiser in the Income Property Division, where they originated and managed commercial real estate loan portfolios. Julie also worked at Wachovia (Formerly World Savings Bank - Golden West Financial) as a Mortgage Banking Lender in the Income Property Division, focusing on multi-family properties. Julie's experience in mortgage banking continued at JP Morgan Chase as part of their Lending team. Julie later joined WaterStone Bank as a Vice President Commercial Lending, where they specialized in commercial loan origination on various types of buildings and actively managed client solution opportunities within the portfolio. Julie also has teaching experience as an Adjunct Instructor in Real Estate Property Management, Mortgage Banking, and Valuation of Real Property at Waukesha County Technical College.

Julie Fay-Krivitz's education history includes attending Marquette University's College of Business-Finance. Julie also pursued an Associates degree in Real Estate, Property Assessment and Appraisal at Waukesha County Technical College. Additionally, they studied Real Estate and Property Valuation at NWTC. Julie obtained a certification as a Certified Residential Appraiser-WI from the Appraisal Institute. In 1986-1989, they furthered their knowledge in Real Estate Appraisal at the Society of Real Estate Appraisers.

Julie has additional certifications such as an Occupational Teacher Certification, a Wisconsin Certified Residential Real Estate Appraiser, and a Wisconsin Real Estate Broker.
